The Reboot
Okay, so I realze this is like the fourth time I have "started over" but I've decided that's a bad way to think about it. It is a "lifestyle change" after all. I did well yesterday, only went 192 over my 1300 calorie goal. I did lunges, squats, donkey kicks and knee rasies yesterday and stared a "running for begginers" 12 week program. It starts you out walking fast for 4 minutes, and slow for 1, repeating 4 times for a week and increasiHereng from there.
